More about Social Farming

How to get involved

As a Participant you can ask your Key health worker if you would be eligible for a benefit payment to fund your sessions as there is a  daily rate for attending the farm.   They can contact us to discuss what you are looking for.   We can then arrange for you to have a farm visit to see if we would be a good fit.  You will get to meet our team leaders and walk around the farm.  You may also meet some other farm community members as they work on their allotments or are helping with an activity such as weeding or maintaining a woodland pathway.

As a Key Health Care Worker you can contact us to discuss our facilities and programme of activities.    We can arrange a farm visit for you and a client or for yourself and colleagues, so that you can get to know us and see if we are a good fit for your clients needs.
